StartUp Direct is a Volkswagen Group offering that helps you settle in as part of our onboarding process. The twelve-month program comprises several modules that will familiarize you with the inside workings of our Group and provide you with the best networking opportunities from the outset – including outside your project work.

To make sure you get off to a good start with us, we will support you for six months with our onboarding program – regardless of your entry level or position. Specially tailored training sessions and presentations prepare you for your tasks in the best possible way and teach you the basics of our consulting tools.
