The Product Strategy & Development Practice Group focuses on the core of the Volkswagen Group – products and services. The development of powerful software solutions, efficient production using modular systems, and the organizational and strategic alignment of new development units are essential in order to successfully keep pace with increasing digitalisation and electrification as an automotive manufacturer.
