Short process: The application procedure
1. Apply via the Volkswagen careers page
Upload your complete application including cover letter, CV, academic certificates with final grades and evidence of practical experience to date, listing any projects you have worked on, via the Volkswagen careers page. See here for detailed instructions. We will confirm receipt and, if necessary, ask you for additional documents.
2. We look at and evaluate your application
We take our time to ensure we are fair to both you and your application. This enables us to make an appropriate assessment. Please bear with us during this process. As soon as we have come to a decision, we will let you know.
3. We invite you to a selection day
If your profile is a match we will invite you to a selection day. The content varies depending on the entry level.
4. You get the results immediately
We will usually let you know at the end of the selection day whether we would work well together. If so, we will make you an offer and let you know about any next steps relevant for the career level. You will have time to think about whether you would like to accept our offer. Once you have made your decision, we will discuss the next steps
