In view of the growing importance of electric mobility, AutoFuture AG has decided to actively shape this change. Despite serious investment and the implementation of a comprehensive cost-cutting programme, the company’s profits are stagnating. The expected positive effects of the cost reductions have so far been elusive, which has led to a tight financial situation.
This analysis is intended to enable AutoFuture AG to identify short-term measures to increase profits, and to successfully operate as a comprehensive mobility provider in the long term.
