We’re looking for you, if you bring
- Excellent analytical skills
- The ability to quickly understand complex interrelationships
- Strong communication skills and can convey information in a clear and goal-oriented way
- A creative mindset to develop innovative solutions
- A strong team spirit and enjoy working collaboratively
- A passion for shaping the future of mobility
- Completed at least a basic degree or have earned at least 90 ECTS in your Bachelor's program, combined with very good academic performance
- Relevant experience in consulting, the automotive industry, or the industrial sector
- German language skills at level C1
- English language skills at level B2
- Very good MS Office skills

We will send you an email to let you know whether we are able to consider you for the event.
It is free to take part in the event. We will organize accommodation, meals, and the supporting program. We will reimburse your travel costs per the Volkswagen travel policy.
No, we look forward to receiving your application. We are only able to invite a limited number of participants to this event, so you may receive a rejection. However, this will not have any effect on a future application.
The event will be conducted exclusively in German. Therefore, we recommend that participants whose native language is not German have at least B2-level proficiency in German to actively participate and collaborate during the event.
