When you join us, we will place you in one of our practice groups. During the application process you are welcome to let us know your preferred area of work and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
In your practice group, you will work in a team with our customers and will be involved in devising innovative consulting approaches for strategy, reorganization, and operational excellence from the outset. Collaborating on projects from different practice groups will also give you insight into the Volkswagen Group’s entire value chain.
Within your subtask, you will create project-related analyses with correct content and appropriate priorities. Your use of language and graphics will be correct, and you will develop your own meaningful charts based on these analyses. You will review your progress independently on a regular basis and optimize your tasks with the goal of achieving results on time.
You will analyze complex situations independently and identify appropriate solutions, taking into account the upstream and downstream project steps. As part of your subtask, you will understand your customers’ needs and inspire them by developing innovative solutions that are geared towards customer benefits.
