Our Operations Strategy & Corporate Performance Practice Group supports Volkswagen Group brands through targeted corporate development and performance improvement. It is divided into “Supply Chain”, “Manufacturing” and “Corporate Performance” Practices. The focus is on supporting the long-term implementation of the Group’s and the brands’ future strategies, as well as the associated organisational and cultural transformation. This includes, in particular, achieving ambitious financial targets. Our Practice Group is also characterised by a highly motivated and diverse team consisting of both university graduates and experienced consultants from external consulting firms.
