As an Experienced Professional, you will work very closely with the Boards of Management of the Group and will rapidly become visible. You will contribute your expertise to one of our functional Practice Groups and develop innovative consulting approaches to strategy, reorganisation, and operational excellence. You will manage sub-projects independently in coordination with the overall project management team and will be the contact for our customers.
You will confidently handle hypothesis-based problem analysis and solution processes, develop concepts and strategies independently, conduct interviews, and skilfully and eloquently run workshops. You will prepare the results professionally and present them to our customers. You will pass on your experience and knowledge to younger team members and manage them professionally.
By working on cross-functional projects in interdisciplinary teams at home and abroad, you will gain insights into the entire value chain of the Volkswagen Group. At the same time, you will find a unique career stepping stone to the Group.
